  - Rules for shell providers and bot runners:
    - Maximum of 3 clients per person/ident,
    - identd is required and no ident spoofing,
    - No changing a ident after a kline or giving
       a single person multiple usernames

  - General limits (request changes via /admin):
    - 3 clients per person/ident
    - 3 clients per host (without ident)
    - 20 clients per /24 in IPv4
    - 10 clients per /48 in IPv6

  - If your IP range offers services to other people
      (Shell providers) you must let us know.
  - If we notice excessive (>5) connections on different
      subnets. You may be banned.
  - Clients connected for the purpose of stealing
      nicknames are not allowed.
  - Breaking these rules will result in a ban
      on ALL open servers.
