 - This server is open to all users over both IPv4
   and IPv6.

        - S E R V E R   R U L E S -
 - We reserve the right to deny service to
   anyone at any time and for any reason.
 - We scan for open proxies on connect. If
   you do not wish to be scanned, please do
   not connect to this server.

 - Rules for shell providers and bot runners:
   - Maximum of 3 clients per person/ident.
   - identd is required
   - No ident spoofing,
   - No changing a users ident after a kline
      or giving a single person multiple
      usernames

 - General limits (request changes via /admin):
   - 3 clients per person/ident
   - 3 clients per host (without ident)
   - 20 clients per /24 in IPv4
   - 10 clients per /48 in IPv6

 - If your IP range offers services to other people
     (Shell providers) you must let us know.

 - Clients connected for the sole purpose of
     stealing nicknames are not allowed.

 - Breaking these rules will result in a ban
     on ALL open servers.
